Kάνει ακόμη λίγο κρύο όμως η άνοιξη μπήκε στις καρδιές των φοιτητών. Ο ηλιόλουστος καιρός της πόλης κάνει τα νιάτα να τρέχουν αφυδατωμένα στις αίθουσες μάθησης και δημιουργίας…ενώ την ίδια ώρα λίγα μέτρα δίπλα άνθρωποι κυνηγιούνται από τα ΜΑΤ, οι αλληλέγγυοι επιβραβεύονται με χημικά και το άτυπο-τυπικό ακαδημαϊκό άσυλο απειλείται για ακόμη μια φορά. Εικοσιεννιά φοιτητές κλήθηκαν σε δίκη για “προτροπή πλήθους σε έκνομες πράξεις” λόγω των tweets που έστελναν για τις διαδηλώσεις στη Σμύρνη,κατά τη διάρκεια της αντίστασης στο Γκέζι, στις 31 Μαΐου 2013.
O Εισαγγελέας Özcan Pehlivan, σχημάτισε δικογραφία 31 σελίδων όπου οι 29 εξ’ αυτών περιέχουν τα tweets που στάλθηκαν.
Παρόλο που στη δικογραφία ισχυρίζονται ότι τράπεζες, ΑΤΜ, αυτοκίνητα και γραφεία είχαν υποστεί ζημιές κατά τις διαδηλώσεις, το μόνο πρόσωπο το οποίο αναφέρεται ότι «υπέφερε» από αυτές ήταν ο πρόεδρος Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

4, a few dozen comrades supported an anti-militarist intervention by symbolically handing over to the military staff of the conscription office of Ioannina the following collective statement of total refusal to military service. Amid slogans and some bickering between antimilitary comrades and military staff (they would obviously prefer us to be mute and stand in salute…), we expressed our solidarity to M. Toli a conscription objector whose trial is on Friday 14/3 in Athens. The banners we hung at the entrance to the conscription office and the very act of publicizing another new collective statement of conscription objectors, spreads our message in practice: The more they repress us, the more stubborn we get, the more total objectors are persecuted, new ones will spring up taking the torch of refusal to enlistment.
Το πρωί της Δευτέρας 17-2-2014, κάποιες δεκάδες συντροφισσών και συντρόφων στήριξαν μια αντιμιλιταριστική παρέμβαση, κατά την οποία παραδόθηκε συμβολικά στους καραβανάδες της στρατολογίας Ιωαννίνων η παρακάτω συλλογική δήλωση ολικής άρνησης στράτευσης. Εν μέσω συνθημάτων και κάποιων “διαλόγων” μεταξύ αντιμιλιταριστών και στρατιωτικού προσωπικού (θα μας προτιμούσαν προφανώς στη μούγγα και να βαράμε προσοχή…) εκφράστηκε παράλληλα η αλληλεγγύη στον αρνητή Μ. Τόλη που θα δικαστεί την Παρασκευή 14/3 στην Αθήνα. Τα κρεμασμένα πανό έξω από την είσοδο, αλλά και η ίδια η πράξη της δημοσιοποίησης άλλης μιας συλλογικής δήλωσης νέων αρνητών στράτευσης, πέρασαν έμπρακτα το μήνυμά μας: Όσο περισσότερο μας καταστέλλουν, τόσο περισσότερο πεισμώνουμε, όσοι ολικοί αρνητές και να διώκονται, άλλοι τόσοι ξεμυτίζουν και παίρνουν τη σκυτάλη.

As in Chalkidiki, where the local population fights against the demolition of their land by modern gold-diggers as well as the state, a continuous crescendo of repression threatens 300 hundred activists with revengeful prosecutions.
As in Keratea, where the local community resisted against the make over of a whole area – including archaeology findings – into a landfill and set a stop to a capitalist attack. Capitalists perceived waste management as a golden opportunity to profit at the expense of the physical environment, animals and humans.
